Repentance

Repentance
                                                               LUKE 15:7

what does it mean to be Repent?

  • When Jesus came preaching the gospel of the Kingdom of God his first words were (Mathew 4:17 "REPENT: for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand")
  • Jesus was not requesting Repentance but He was commanding it. Indeed God commands people everywhere to repent (Acts 17:30) because repenting is prerequisite to entering the Kingdom of God.
  • Those who do not repent will perish in their sins. (Luke 13:3 "I tell you, nay;but, except ye repent ye shall all likewise perish")
  • Those who justify their sin by saying they will simply repent afterwards do not understand Repentance.
  • REPANTANCE is not penance (Humiliation) for guilt or a quick prayer for forgiveness.
  • Repentance is a complete brokenness, a change of heart, and a detest of one's sin. (Ezekiel 18:30 "Therefore I will judge you according to his ways, saith the Lord God. Repent and turn yourselves from all your transgressions so iniquity(sin) shall not be your ruin")
  • Those who sin willfully, knowing the commandment of God, risk the enslavement by their sin and the very real possibility is they will not be able to repent (Hebrews 6:4-6)
  • An example is Esau who sold his birthright to Jacob for some bread and a bowl of lentil stew (Genesis 25:34)
  • Another example is Judas who betrayed Jesus, regretted his actions but found no way out:(Mathew 27:3-5)
  • And Jesus words in (John 17:12) tell us that Judas would be lost and not be saved confirming (Hebrews 6:4-6) that those who have tested the things of he spirit its hard for them to repent when there are now lost.
  • True Repentance mean grieving over our sin (which God hates) and coming to realization that it is our sins that put Christ on the cross for our sakes.
  • The Bible calls this godly-sorrow, and it leads to salvation (II Corinthians 7:10).
  • People have to first realize the condemnation of his sin otherwise he will not see the need for a savior.
  • If a person understand this then they would know that they where saved from death and hell by the blood of the lamb who is Christ and they would appreciate that and avoid sinning so that He is not crucified again.
  • Repentance is a change of mind.
  • When a person changes his mind about sin then a change in behavior will naturally result.
  • For example, those who repented in the old testament often showed outwards evidence by tearing down idolatrous statues (Mathew 11:20-21; Mark 1:4 and Acts 19:19).

Conclusion

The result of repentance is freedom from the condemnation of sin and joy from a pure conscience before God.
"Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord" (Acts 3:19).
Even now, God is calling both believers and unbelievers to repentance that they might turn from their sin and experience the riches of His goodness and mercy......

Dangerous territory (Fornication and Adultery) part1

Brother Simba

Dangers of fornication and adultery
Sexual play (intercourse, oral, etc.) is supposed to be for marriage. Whether or not you're a Christian, it's wise to keep this rule. It not only opens a person up to diseases and curses such as HIV, but it also creates unholy soul ties (spiritual bondage between one person and another), which can cause unclean (demonic) bondages to transfer from one person to the other.

A Brief Biblical look at soul ties
1 Corinthians 6:16, "What? Know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh."
Obviously the two didn't get married, but something spiritual "happened" when they were joined physically in the act of sex because looking at 1 Corinthians 6:16 and Genesis 2:24 you need to understand that the meeting of the two will cause them to be one flesh. They were "joined"; their souls were "tied.” The question is then “How is this possible?”, If you read the word in Genesis 34:2-3 it says that the soul of Shechem clave unto Dinah the daughter of Jacob. Now looking at the word clave derived from the Hebrew word (dabaq: stick to or join to) so his soul joined to hers making it one, which we call soul tie.
Often there are men who have an adultery with a prostitute (one night stand), and afterwards, even years later, are still thinking about that girl! That is because a soul tie has been created.

Dangers of unholy soul ties
Unholy soul ties can be 'demonic bridges' between one person to the next. For example, if you were to have extra-marital sex with somebody who was involved in the occult and had horrible fears of demons, and was afraid of her own shadow... You could end up with the same kind of tormenting spirits as she has, and be just as fearful (although you could have been afraid of nothing before sleeping with her!). This is because you are not only opening yourself up to a curse for sexual sin, but also a soul tie with a person who is tormented by demons, so the demons which tormented her or him no longer follow that person only but also you because when they see you they see one person……..

Don't think to yourself that the person you are having sex with is clean from demon spirits. Demons spirits can cause everything from depression to horrible fears (panic attacks, etc.) and a huge list of problems that people face everyday!

Struggle against compulsive lustful desires?
If you have a compulsive struggle with lust, bad thoughts, etc., you may be struggling with what they call an iniquity. An iniquity is like a weakness (lust, anger, pride, etc.) and it could have been handed down from your ancestors (Exodus 20:5) or it could have been opened up in your own life (Lev 5:17).
To be continued……….

Baptism

Apostle Hama

WHAT IS BAPTISM?
The word Baptism is derived from a Greek word  (baptizo) /Baptisma which means total immersion in water. It also means completely soaked in water. A ritual of washing / a rite of admission.
History of Baptism
Baptism is a sacrament and doctrine of our Lord Jesus Christ also called “Christening” in relation to infant baptism. In the New Testament the key man when we talk about Baptism is John the Baptist. Baptism started in the days of John and was done by the Jordan River, because there was plenty of water there. It is important to note that Baptism was a common tradition of the Jewish people. All foreigners who desired to change their identity permanently to Jewish or change their tribe to be one of the Jewish people went through a ritual of baptism.
Baptism was also associated with punishment. Hence the statement “baptism by fire”. To some other when one is enduring the pain of life that also can be called “Baptism”
Baptism in Christianity
There are some churches who believe that for one to be a member of their church they need to go through Baptism. Already there is an error in that belief because; a person is baptized to become a member of the body of Christ and not a church. Baptism marks the beginning of Christian Life.
Types of baptism
1.The baptism of John.
Readings: Matthew 3:7, Mark 1:4, Luke 3:3, Acts 13:24 and acts 19:4.
This kind of baptism by John was done for repentance. If we read Matthew 3:7 (But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, “You brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come?), we find that this type of Baptism was a temporary move, because baptism in water alone is not complete. By the river Jordan people were baptized in the name of John and it was for repentance.
2.Baptism of Noah
I Peter 3:20-21 to those who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water, who disobeyed long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water, and this water symbolizes baptism which now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a good conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ,
This type of baptism is done unto salvation. We find the floods destroyed a generation of evil works. But with the same water God saved eight people. Noah and his family. We then can say the water baptized Noah and His family and they were saved.
3.Baptism of Moses
Reading: Exodus 14
This is the baptism unto deliverance. The Israelites crossed the red sea into their promised land. That was baptism from the land of bondage into freedom.
4.The baptism of Joshua
Reading: Joshua 1: 1-3 (After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, the Lord said to Joshua son of Nun, Moses’ aide: “Moses my servant is dead. Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them—to the Israelites. I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses.)
This is the baptism unto Victory. Joshua had to finish off the Journey of Moses and help the Israelites take over their promised land.
5.The baptism of  Naaman
Reading: 2 Kings 5 verses 1-19
This is the Baptism unto healing.
6.Baptism of Jesus
Reading:  Matthew 20: 23 (Jesus said to them, "You will indeed drink from my cup, but to sit at my right or left is not for me to grant. These places belong to those for whom they have been prepared by my Father.")
The pains of suffering of a Christian martyr are also called baptism. This shows that Christian life is not a smooth road; there is also pain and affliction. Jesus referred to his crucifixion as baptism, and replies to James or John on their mother “s request accordingly. Also called the Baptism of Blood.
7.Baptism of the crucifixion
Reading Romans 6: 4 (We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life)
Colossians 2:11 (In him you were also circumcised, in the putting off of the sinful nature, not with a circumcision done by the hands of men but with the circumcision done by Christ,)
This type of baptism is associated with the newness of life.
8.Baptism of the Name of Jesus.
Reading: Acts 19:4 (Paul said, "John's baptism was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus.)
Acts 18: 25 (He had been instructed in the way of the Lord, and he spoke with great fervor and taught about Jesus accurately, though he knew only the baptism of John)
This is the baptism that sets a mark and differentiates expression of repentance and faith
In whose Name should people be baptized?
But when they believed Philip as he preached the good news of the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women. (Acts 8:12)

When they arrived, they prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit, because the Holy Spirit had not yet come upon any of them; they had simply been baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus. (Acts 8:15-16)
"Can anyone keep these people from being baptized with water? They have received the Holy Spirit just as we have." So he ordered that they be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked Peter to stay with them for a few days. (Acts 10:47-48)

Baptism of Infants
There are no direct references of infant baptism in the New Testament, but the following verses mention the word household. Household are all the members of the family thus including children.
Acts 16: 15 (When she and the members of her household were baptized, she invited us to her home. "If you consider me a believer in the Lord," she said, "come and stay at my house." And she persuaded us.)
Acts 16:33 (At that hour of the night the jailer took them and washed their wounds; then immediately he and all his family were baptized.)
Acts 18:8 (Crispus, the synagogue ruler, and his entire household believed in the Lord; and many of the Corinthians who heard him believed and were baptized.)
1 Cor 1:16 (Yes, I also baptized the household of Stephanas; beyond that, I don't remember if I baptized anyone else.)
I Cor 7: 14 is more related to believers infants baptism.  (For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy.)
Galatians 3 specifies membership into Christ as aligned to faith; thus marginalizing infant baptism

Who is worthy to baptize
A man who assumes the baptism of Christ
A man who has gone through suffering and labored for you.
A man in pain will baptize you better than a man who is passing by.
What must a person expect after Baptism.
1.Genuine  repentance ( John’s Baptism)
2.
3.Salvation ( Noah’s Baptism)
4.Deliverance ( Mosaic Move)
5.Victory / Cross over (Joshua Baptism)
6.Healing ( Naaman’s Baptism)
7.Blessings
8.Ultimate change of Life
N.B. A minister of the word has got to go through Jesus’ baptism.
Through baptism in the Name of Jesus, one will receive the newness of life and gain a spiritual rank.

Deliverance: after reading this if you are in need of deliverance inbox the pastor.

Apostle Hama

Demonic spirits are also referred to as evil spirits and are depicted in the bible as fallen angels. These are the angels who took side with Lucifer (Satan) in his rebellion against God. (Rev. 12:4)

Specialists in the area of demonology have categorized the state of demon possession into two groups: "Demonic oppression" and complete "Demonic possession."

Demonic oppression is said to be a mild to severe harassment by demonic spirit/s which often comes as a result of doors that have been opened in an individual's life which leads to manipulation in different areas of that life by evil spirits.

A complete demonic possession on the other hand is a state in which one or several demonic spirits have gained access to the body of an individual and then proceeds to takes full control over the person's will. In such a condition, the demonic spirit/s uses the body of the individual to express its personality and to carry out its evil intent.

How do demons enter?

Demonic spirits gain access into the life of an individual through what is known as a door way. A door way is a vulnerable area in the life of a person that becomes open to the access of evil spirits whether through voluntary or involuntary means.

These doorways can stem from different level of involvement in the occult, traumatic occurrences, taking of drugs, generational curse, and different situation which triggers intense negative emotional reactions.

Nature of Demonic spirits

Demonic spirits are merciless beans that will not hesitate to try and take advantage of the lives of humans with every opportunity they get. Whether it is through a willful act that creates an open door in the life of an individual, or through a traumatic experience... a Demonic spirit will seek to take full advantage of those moments and will try to gain access in the life of a person.

Voluntary entry point of demons

Dabbling in the occult is by far the quickest way for demons to gain entrance in the lives of humans. This is because most occult activities involve having direct contact with demonic spirits. Whether it's dabbling with Tarot cards, Ouija board, Necromancy, Witchcraft, or any other means of consulting evil spirits, will certainly open up the door way to demonic bondage.

Using drugs also increases susceptibility to demonic invasion in a person's life. Because drugs disrupt the coherent state of the mind and will open up an individual to be controlled by Demonic spirits.

Involuntary entry point of demons

In instances where demons enter the life of an individual through involuntary means, are usually during those times when a person goes through a traumatic experience, which causes intense negative emotional reactions that are above normal. This can be an overwhelming response to an experience which causes one to be completely overcome by fear, deep depression, deep sorrow, very deep emotional pains and different negative emotions which are above normal.

Anger

Anger is also another emotion which demons tend to feed off, especially when a person decides to dwell on being angry by choosing to hold on to whatever is making them angry. This will open the door for demonic spirits to come in and influence them to do different deeds by further fueling their anger into rage.

Generational curse

A generational curse is also another involuntary way in which demons enter into the life of an individual. As mentioned in the bible that God will visit the iniquity of the parents on to the children and their children's, children. This is often evident when a child grows up and seems to inherit bad habits, addictions or conditions from their parents or past relatives they may even have never met.

This could be drug addiction, addiction to alcohol, many different addictions and different sicknesses and diseases. It could be something that is passed on to only one individual in the family, or something that every member of the family seems to have inherited.

Demonic spirits have been around for many years and are still constantly going around looking for their next target. As the Bible says, the Devil goes around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. To guard ourselves from demonic oppression and possession, we have to stay clear away from the occult and drugs. Also don't dwell too much on negative emotions. For instances where we feel overwhelmed, it's important to seek counseling and if necessary, seek also godly spiritual help.

There are various levels of faith:

Apostle Hama

1. Weak Faith – Everyone begins here. Weak faith considers circumstances. It constantly limits God and His benefits. Wrong teachings are an influence here. It cannot see the Spirit, the power of God, or that God can do all things.
2. Temporary Faith – As we grow stronger, we receive the Word of God for awhile, and believe, but then fail when tests come. (Luke 8:15)
3. Active Faith – Faith without works is dead (James 2:14-26) We need to do more than just believe, since even the demons believe and tremble. The apostles acted on their faith, preached the gospel, and did good works.
4. Strong faith – This is a faith that staggers not at God’s promises. One refuses defeat, and will not take no for an answer. The person speaks out loud to the devil, rebuking him, and releases God into action.
5. Great Faith – has a great expectation, that just hearing the word is enough for the request to be granted. As in the centurion, who said “you only need to speak the word, and my servant will be healed.” He did not even ask Jesus to come. His words were enough. (Matt 8:10)
6. Unfeigned faith –(genuine) – It knows no hypocrisy. It does not brag or put on a show. (2 Tim 1:5) Very childlike, trusting and innocent, and is well founded in the Word of God.
7. Perfect (divine) faith – Absolute confidence in God’s own Word and Being.

WOMAN WITH THE ISSUE OF BLOOD 3

Apostle Hama
This woman, the bible in luke chapter 8 says SHE CAME FROM BEHIND. People were crowded around JESUS yes the great master, l salute him , Jairus was leading people to his house so that his daughter could be healed. As the mob was going, THIS WOMAN due to her condition cldnt copy with their speed. HER condition the bible says hd exceedingly worsen in 12yrs. As it is reported she had lost everything material she had, lam persuaded to believe that even her physical stature had deteriorated greatly. But faith started accelerating her. Her sickness made her to be an out cast but FAITH made her to bounce back, Hehehhe if people thought u are left behind l COMMAND DIVINE FAITH WHICH WILL ACCELERATE YOU TODAY. YOU ARE BOUNCING BACK TODAY - ITS NOT YET OVER, U are going to take steps which are 3-4-5 better than your usual steps, if you believe tap into this grace with an AAAMMMMEEEEEN

WOMAN WITH THE ISSUE OF BLOOD 2

Apostle Hama

As the woman touched the garment of Jesus, there was a transference of power from the great master into the body of this woman. l have come to command a tranfer of power from the obits of the heavens to your body. Jesus did not see the woman, did not feel the touch but he felt power drained. There is an approach to the things of God, which does not need the heaven to organise or prepare a time for you to receive but you visit the heavenly sanctuaries to collect, ie KATALAMBANO in greek. Taking by force. There are things we are meant to inherite from God. We dont need to struggle for them, all we need is to possess forcefully.

TODAY I HAVE A MISSION TO LEAD THOSE WHO ARE READY TO POSSESS. THERE IS NO TIME TO BEG FOR GOD HAS ALREADY HANDED THE KEYS TO OPEN DOORS UNTO THE BELIEVERS.

The scripture says by his stripes we were healed, what a fair deal, l just have to be healed.

He was made poor so that we come to be rich, UUUUUH need my financial breakthrough right now.

Deut 28vs1--- if you obeny my statutes you shall eat of the fruit of the land, u shall rule nations. you shall be blessed and every place that your foot trend on it will be yours. EEEIY THERE POWER TO POSSESS TODAY.

Rev 1 vs 5 Our sins were washed in hkis blood, and he made us KINGS & PRIESTS before his God and Father. Praise the lord lam ordained for higher things.
